We provide community nursing services in clients’ homes. Our Registered Nurses are highly qualified and experienced. We take care of complex client healthcare needs, including acute/chronic wound care, medication administration, chronic kidney disease care, etc. Our focus is to ensure the well-being of clients by utilizing adequate disease prevention, health promotion, and maintenance strategies. We also refer clients to appropriate healthcare professionals, for ongoing management of health problems. All our services are conducted in a professional and timely manner, while ensuring that client autonomy, safety and a healthy lifestyle are maintained.
